The VF-640
The VF-640 is our most technologically advanced wheel to date. It features an asymmetric spoke design — each spoke is individually profiled based on its position relative to the direction of rotation, optimizing strength where loads are highest and removing material where it isn't needed.
This approach, borrowed from aerospace turbine blade design, results in a wheel that is simultaneously stronger and lighter than a symmetrically-designed equivalent. The VF-640 represents a paradigm shift in wheel engineering.
