The Story
James is a dedicated track enthusiast who averages 20+ track days per year. His M4 CSL is not a garage queen — it's a tool, and every modification is measured against lap times. When the factory wheels showed micro-cracks after a particularly aggressive season, James came to us.
"I needed wheels that could handle the abuse," James explains. "The CSL puts down over 540 horsepower through the rear wheels. Under hard cornering at Thermal, the loads are immense. I didn't just want lighter wheels — I wanted wheels I could trust completely."
James chose the VF-101 in Brushed Titanium for its FEA-validated spoke geometry and proven track record. After two full seasons of use, including a best lap of 1:48.3 at Thermal Club's full circuit, the wheels show zero signs of fatigue. "They've outlasted two sets of Cup 2 tires," James notes with a smile.
