Porsche 911 GT3
The Story
When Michael took delivery of his 992 GT3 in Shark Blue, he knew the factory wheels — competent as they were — didn't match the car's visual drama. "The GT3 is a statement," he says. "Every angle of that car is sculpted for purpose. The wheels needed to match that intensity."
After exploring our full catalog, Michael chose the VF-305 in Gloss Black — a finish that contrasts sharply with the bright Shark Blue paint while complementing the car's carbon fiber aero elements. The 7-spoke GT3-derived architecture of the VF-305 felt like a natural extension of Porsche's own motorsport philosophy.
These photos were captured on Angeles Crest Highway at golden hour, the low sun catching every machined detail of the wheels while the Gloss Black finish absorbed the shadows. The result is a study in contrast — light and dark, motion and stillness, engineering and art.
