Lamborghini Huracán STO
The Story
The Huracán STO — Super Trofeo Omologato — is the closest thing to a road-legal Super Trofeo race car that Lamborghini has ever built. For Anthony, who tracks his STO monthly, the factory wheels were one of the few components that could be meaningfully upgraded.
"On a car this extreme, every detail matters," Anthony explains. "The asymmetric spoke design of the VF-640 isn't just marketing — you can feel the difference in steering response, especially through high-speed direction changes like Willow's Turn 8-9 complex."
These action shots were captured during a private track day at Willow Springs, with the STO running at full tilt. The Matte Gunmetal finish on the VF-640s provides an almost stealth appearance against the STO's Blu Cepheus launch color — all business, no distractions.
